SeR: Self-Recognition

Description
Self-awareness is a state of mind wherein a person is aware of his or her true self and motivations. It encompasses an individual’s conscious assessment of their own character, traits, feelings, and behaviors. Having self-awareness leads to improved decision-making and greater control over one's life.

Self-awareness includes a person knowing who they are on the inside as well as how they interact with others and their environment. To be truly self-aware means to have an understanding of one's strengths and weaknesses so that these can be leveraged for personal growth. It also involves being honest about why emotions are felt along with taking responsibility for those emotions rather than blaming outside forces or other people. Self-awareness ultimately leads to higher emotional intelligence which helps individuals make positive changes in their lives when needed.

This program provides EXTENSIVE knowledge and practices for the self-awareness consultant-level course. It is a level where you will be licensed to train other people.
